Summary

The Marketing Operations Manager at Field Nation integrates, maintains, and optimizes the marketing technology infrastructure for efficient and effective operations. This role involves managing various marketing platforms, creating and improving processes, identifying opportunities to optimize performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience focused on B2B and ABM operations, or 2+ years in a marketing operations role, with Hubspot certification or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience
  • Strong technical skills with marketing and sales solutions (Hubspot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Drift, Demandbase/6sense) and ability to create reports, queries, and workflows independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present project deliverables concisely
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, with strong execution and project management skills; able to work with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment, and experienced in cross-departmental collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Marketing technology (Hubspot, Drift, ChiliPiper, PathFactory) and manage integrations with sales development solutions (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach)
  • Administer and optimize the marketing automation platform (Hubspot) including database management, audience segmentation, and data quality to support marketing efforts
  • Create, maintain, and enhance processes for data flow and availability across platforms (Field Nation, Salesforce, HubSpot) and support lead funnel management
  • Develop, document, and improve marketing automation processes and workflows, and provide training and governance for the marketing team
  • Identify opportunities to optimize performance and operational efficiencies, manage project plans, and ensure compliance with GDPR, SPAM, and other regulations
