Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing ops capacity, preferably within the healthcare / pharma industry
• Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to derive actionable insights from marketing data
• Marketing Technology Expertise: Experience with Pardot, SFDC, and other marketing technology tools
• Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify challenges, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective strategies to overcome obstacles and optimize marketing operations
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing data to track KPIs, identify trends, evaluate campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies
• Own the lead management process. Collaborate with marketing, sales & rev ops on lead scoring, assignment methodology and follow up SLA’s to achieve business objectives
• Be our marketing automation expert. Streamline Pardot & Salesforce workflows and influence design and implementation of program builds to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Database Segmentation & List Building: Utilize account and persona data to segment our database effectively, creating targeted marketing lists for campaigns and outreach. Maintain and improve best practices for data management and hygiene
• Manage our marketing tech stack including the implementation, integration, training and utilization
