Join Henry Schein One's growing marketing team as a Marketing Operations Specialist and contribute to the success of demand generation and automation initiatives. Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows, ensuring seamless data integration across marketing and sales systems. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement lead scoring models and improve conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights for improvement. Maintain database integrity and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations. Requirements
- This role welcomes applicants with internship experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or marketing operations
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel
- Knowledge of database management, segmentation, and audience targeting
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing, email campaigns, and audience segmentation
- Support marketing automation integration with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and troubleshoot integration issues
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement lead scoring models and improve conversion rates
- Maintain and enhance database integrity through data cleansing, segmentation, and deduplication
- Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital marketing assets to optimize performance
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and best practices
- Assist with additional marketing operations initiatives such as attribution modeling, reporting automation, and personalization strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or marketing operations
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus
