Join UNiDAYS as a Marketing Optimisation Executive and enhance marketing campaign performance, enrich member experience, and contribute to partner success. You will work across multiple digital touchpoints to optimize customer journeys, refine merchandising strategies, and support campaign effectiveness. Responsibilities include on-site and app merchandising support, campaign tracking and performance analysis, and customer insights and CRM analytics. You will need marketing experience, proficiency in Excel, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Preferred qualifications include a BA/BS degree, familiarity with Gen Z/student audiences, and experience with digital marketing tools. The role offers remote work flexibility within the UK with occasional travel to London or Nottingham campuses.

Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of our brands and offers, providing data-driven analyses and insights to improve
- Collaborate with our commercial team to align merchandising strategies with overarching business objectives
- Develop and execute optimisation experiments and personalisation initiatives across app and web platforms to maximise merchandising effectiveness
- Develop and maintain reports to analyse and track key performance indicators across CRM, paid social, and on-site channels
- Proactively identify and report on drivers of success, presenting actionable improvement opportunities to stakeholders
- Support the Marketing Campaigns team with detailed post-campaign analyses, producing key insights and recommendations to enhance future campaign performance
- Design and implement data-driven testing strategies, including A/B and multivariate testing, to optimise performance
- Analyse customer behaviour and engagement data and present key findings to stakeholders
- Provide the CRM team with clear, data-backed insights and recommendations to optimise future campaign performance
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification
- Familiarity with Gen Z/student audiences
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
- Understanding of campaign optimisation or A/B testing
