Summary

Join our team as a Marketing Sales Manager and leverage your marketing expertise to drive sales and cultivate strong client relationships. You will play a key role in acquiring new clients for GrowthPair and ensuring existing clients receive maximum value. As a Marketing Sales Manager, you will lead discovery calls, convert prospects, and maintain post-sale communication for client satisfaction and retention. This role blends sales and client success, contributing significantly to our growth and reputation. Your marketing background will help you understand client needs and communicate effectively. The position offers a blend of remote work flexibility and performance-based incentives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role
  • Strong understanding of marketing skills across various roles (e.g., paid media, organic social, content, email)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust with clients
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET)

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales process—from inbound lead qualification to closing new clients
  • Conduct 30-minute discovery calls to understand client pain points, present GrowthPair’s offerings, and recommend the right solution
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth handoff and great client experience during onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale to support retention, upsell opportunities, and referrals
  • Track pipeline activity and performance metrics; iterate on outreach strategies and messaging
  • Help craft case studies, testimonials, and sales collateral that supports GrowthPair’s positioning

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM platforms is a plus
