You will be responsible for shaping Figment's positioning in key APAC markets, creating sales enablement materials, supporting go-to-market initiatives, collaborating with partners, and tracking market trends. This role requires 4+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in crypto, fintech, or B2B SaaS, and a deep understanding of APAC markets. Requirements

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in crypto, fintech, or B2B SaaS
  • Deep understanding of APAC markets, particularly Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, and other key institutional hubs
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills β€” you know how to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  • Sensitivity and brand stewardship working in a highly regulated category for our compliant brand
  • Experience enabling sales teams with assets that close deals
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a global team with stakeholders across time zones
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Crypto native or strong interest in blockchain technology and staking

Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored product messaging and positioning for APAC audiences that clearly communicates Figment’s value beyond fees and SRR, taking into account local market dynamics, regulatory landscapes, and competitive differentiation
  • Partner closely with our APAC Sales team to create sales decks, one-pagers, customer narratives, and localized collateral that resonate with exchanges and institutional clients
  • Support GTM initiatives for new product features, network launches, and regional campaigns. Collaborate with Product Marketing leads globally to localize strategy and assets
  • Work closely with key partners in the region (e.g., exchanges, custodians, institutional players) to create joint marketing materials, case studies, and co-branded campaigns, while collaborating with our central Partner Marketing team
  • Track regional market trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory shifts to inform messaging and GTM plans. Feed local insights back to global product and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with the APAC team, Marketing Coordinator in EMEA and Marketing team in North America
