Join DeepIntent as a Sales Marketing Manager and empower our revenue teams with engaging tools, content, and strategies. Develop and manage sales enablement assets, collaborating with various teams to align messaging and support revenue goals. Translate complex concepts into compelling materials for diverse audiences, supporting sales team training and leveraging sales enablement platforms. Continuously evaluate program effectiveness to drive improvements. This role requires 2+ years of experience in a high-growth tech environment and strong communication skills. While based in NYC, remote work is possible with EST hours and occasional travel.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales marketing, sales enablement, or a related role in a high-growth tech environment
- Strong writer and communicator with experience crafting impactful, client-facing content
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a library of sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and email outreach templates
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Analytics teams to align messaging and support revenue goals
- Simplify technical or complex ideas into clear, persuasive content tailored to different audiences
- Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives for sales teams
- Leverage sales enablement platforms (Seismic, Loopio) to streamline content delivery and RFP responses
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of materials and programs to drive improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sales enablement tools like Seismic and RFP/questionnaire management tools like Loopio is a plus
- Knowledge of healthcare, life sciences, or privacy-centric industries is highly desirable
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
