Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience ideally within a professional service, consulting, or B2B environment
- Proven track record of success driving measurable outcomes including lead generation, campaign performance, and engagement
- Experienced with Salesforce CRM and marketing workflow tools
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- A self-starter with strong initiative who thrives on collaborative, fast-paced teams
- Professional presence and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the company
- Must demonstrate flexibility in working with teams located in various U.S. based time zones
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM for marketing activities, campaign tracking, segmentation, and lead workflows
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and client needs
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize engagement, conversion, and ROI
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials
- Support (and potentially lead) junior team members, vendors, or agency partners
- Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to provide continuous flow of ideas and strategy
- Assist in preparing internal and client-facing presentations
- Participate in occasional travel for industry events, company meetings, or trainings
- Maintain a consistent, professional presence in our digital work environment- including being camera-ready, readily available during business hours, and working from a dedicated home office set up
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with design tools; video and editing experience a plus
- Familiarity with SEO tools and digital performance metrics
