Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience ideally within a professional service, consulting, or B2B environment
  • Proven track record of success driving measurable outcomes including lead generation, campaign performance, and engagement
  • Experienced with Salesforce CRM and marketing workflow tools
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • A self-starter with strong initiative who thrives on collaborative, fast-paced teams
  • Professional presence and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the company
  • Must demonstrate flexibility in working with teams located in various U.S. based time zones

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM for marketing activities, campaign tracking, segmentation, and lead workflows
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and client needs
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize engagement, conversion, and ROI
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials
  • Support (and potentially lead) junior team members, vendors, or agency partners
  • Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to provide continuous flow of ideas and strategy
  • Assist in preparing internal and client-facing presentations
  • Participate in occasional travel for industry events, company meetings, or trainings
  • Maintain a consistent, professional presence in our digital work environment- including being camera-ready, readily available during business hours, and working from a dedicated home office set up

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with design tools; video and editing experience a plus
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and digital performance metrics
