Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing specialist experience with proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns on social media and Google Ads
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a similar relevant field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and market research methods
- Applicable knowledge of marketing data analytics and tools
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize employment advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Ensure campaigns align with the client objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor day-to-day performance of ad campaigns, adjusting targeting, bidding, and content as necessary to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and utilize provided media assets effectively
- Develop engaging ad copy and headlines when needed to enhance campaign performance
- Leverage data analytics to assess the performance of campaigns and provide performance reports with actionable insights. Use this data to support decision-making within the marketing team and to align marketing activities with broader revenue objectives
- Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels
- Assist in the execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels
- Liaise with all stakeholders to guarantee adequate planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaign activities
- Stay up to date with digital advertising, market and online trends relevant to the brand to ensure campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market
- Maintain awareness of best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign performance or technical execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic creative skills for crafting ad copy and headlines; design experience is a plus but not required
- Good project management skills and experience with project management tools would be a plus
