Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns: Create, manage and monitor full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive demand, high conversions and quality pipeline
- Master marketing tactics: Using email, webinars, web chat, search and social to develop relevant buyer journeys that meet them where they are and how they want to consume information
- Align stakeholders: Partner across sales, marketing and operations to drive alignment on messaging, content and marketing motions while ensuring process alignment, pipeline growth and overall efficiency
- Leverage data and analytics: Proactively review and share regular campaign insights and performance metrics to refine and optimize campaign strategies
- Optimize Performance: Continuously improve campaign performance, conversion rate and ROI across multiple marketing channels
- Drive process improvements: Work closely with the marketing operations team to automate and scale campaigns, helping to refine processes to enable the seamless delivery of integrated marketing activities across internal and external channels and partners
- Test and experiment : Run experiments like A/B, geo-x and pre/posts testing to exceed critical metrics and improve results
