Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in marketing with a strong focus on B2B lead generation and SaaS marketing
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools
- Strong organizational, data analysis and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated, proactive individual
- Advanced English proficiency (at least C1 English level)
Responsibilities
- Design and implement lead prospecting strategies and roadmaps which align with the company’s sales and marketing objectives
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to determine their potential as customers
- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end lead generation campaigns using channels such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC, etc
- Develop A/B testing strategies to identify and implement high-performing reach-out approaches
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads, track lead outcomes, and adjust strategies based on feedback
- Analyze lead generation metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies for improved outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or related field (preferred)
