Marketing Specialist

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably for a B2B company in the healthcare or technology sectors
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Some knowledge of common marketing tools (primarily Hubspot and Canva)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional time management and organization
• A proactive mindset with a passion for making a difference in the healthcare industry

Responsibilities

• Oversee Inato's corporate LinkedIn account: plan, create, and publish weekly content; monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies to grow our audience
• Draft and manage blog posts, collaborating on content strategy and execution
• Assist in the creation of written and visual content for marketing materials such as decks, one-pagers, case studies, email campaigns, and our website
• Coordinate logistics for U.S. and European industry events, including supporting event briefings, promotional content, and vendor management
• Support post-event analysis and communications, including follow-up campaigns and ROI reporting
• Assist with tracking marketing analytics and campaign success using relevant tools (primarily HubSpot)
