Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in marketing strategy, management consulting, or strategic planning (B2B SaaS or high-growth tech strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence at the executive level
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Deep understanding of SaaS marketing metrics, funnel performance, and lifecycle marketing dynamics
  • Strong communication, executive storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and business units
  • Ability to thrive in an acquisitive, fast-moving environment with shifting priorities

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic consultant to executive leadership by diagnosing key marketing challenges and identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and differentiation
  • Develop and implement structured frameworks to guide campaign prioritization, market segmentation, and resource allocation
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning Marketing, Product, Sales, RevOps, and Finance to ensure cohesive GTM execution
  • Design and deliver strategic planning artifacts, including board-level briefings, annual marketing strategies, and 3-year growth roadmaps
  • Analyze business performance, customer behavior, competitive dynamics, and market trends to inform actionable strategies
  • Model key marketing economics (e.g., CAC, LTV, ROI, marketing payback period) to evaluate and optimize investment decisions
  • Manage and evolve strategic KPIs, including pipeline velocity, win rates, brand penetration, and marketing-sourced revenue
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders
  • Serve as a thought partner in M&A integration planning and new market entry strategies across the multi-brand portfolio
  • Contribute to portfolio-level planning, including new product launches, market expansion strategies, and prioritization of marketing support across offerings
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a center of excellence for marketing strategy and operations

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a consulting firm (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey) or corporate strategy/marketing strategy team is highly desirable
