Summary
Join YipitData's SpendHound team as a Go-to-Market Strategy Manager and build outbound strategies from the ground up. You will design and implement multi-channel outbound plays, craft compelling messaging, and collaborate with SDRs and Sales to optimize performance. Leverage AI tools and track results to maximize impact. This role requires 3-5 years of GTM experience, including time as an SDR, and a strong understanding of outbound tools and tactics. Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of experience in GTM, including time as an SDR
- Found your groove in writing outbound messaging and building plays
- Understand what good looks like in outbound—and know how to get there faster
- Have a strong grasp of modern outbound tools and tactics
- Love working closely with reps and can translate strategy into action
- Are creative, fast-moving, and energized by testing and learning
Responsibilities
- Build and launch multi-channel outbound plays (email, phone, LinkedIn, video, direct mail, etc.)
- Create short, punchy outbound messaging our SDRs actually want to use
- Work hand-in-hand with SDRs and Sales to understand what’s working and iterate quickly
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to ensure our systems and cadences are coordinated
- Bring in AI tools and automation to scale personalization without losing quality
- Track what’s landing and what’s not—and optimize accordingly
