Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing or related field
- 4-6+ years of related experience
- Strong computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, exposure to Adobe Creative Suite products, experience with CRM software
- Experience with email marketing automation, design and management of lists
- Excellent copyright skills and able to rework technical aspects for a broad range of audience
- Experience in public relations and social media
- Basic design skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and juggle competing priorities
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management
Responsibilities
- Create marketing plans and budget specific to various service lines at the firm
- Create email campaigns, campaign automation, forms, surveys, and landing pages using ClickDimensions
- Create presentation materials, brochures, newsletters and other marketing collateral for various marketing programs
- Review press releases, public relations and social media
- Review internal communications and event announcements
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual events
- Conduct research on target companies and other related assignments
- Generate marketing reports for marketing initiatives
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite products for various marketing projects
- Provide marketing expertise to various internal departments, such as human resources and talent acquisition
- Edit and review content prepared by Boulay team members prior to publishing
- Act as a resource for less experienced team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic HTML skills to update and post content to corporate website
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 CRM
- Experience with ClickDimensions
