Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 4-6+ years of related experience
  • Strong computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, exposure to Adobe Creative Suite products, experience with CRM software
  • Experience with email marketing automation, design and management of lists
  • Excellent copyright skills and able to rework technical aspects for a broad range of audience
  • Experience in public relations and social media
  • Basic design skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and juggle competing priorities
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management

Responsibilities

  • Create marketing plans and budget specific to various service lines at the firm
  • Create email campaigns, campaign automation, forms, surveys, and landing pages using ClickDimensions
  • Create presentation materials, brochures, newsletters and other marketing collateral for various marketing programs
  • Review press releases, public relations and social media
  • Review internal communications and event announcements
  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events
  • Conduct research on target companies and other related assignments
  • Generate marketing reports for marketing initiatives
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite products for various marketing projects
  • Provide marketing expertise to various internal departments, such as human resources and talent acquisition
  • Edit and review content prepared by Boulay team members prior to publishing
  • Act as a resource for less experienced team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic HTML skills to update and post content to corporate website
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 CRM
  • Experience with ClickDimensions
