Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
  • Proven experience in global recruitment and understanding of international hiring practices. Experience in the US market is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business English
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be dependable, able to work independently, and stay on task
  • Positive and team player personality
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Willingness to learn about HR Services, Labor Law, and Compliance of US Companies
  • Strong attention to meticulous details
  • Fast learner, ability to master new concepts quickly

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent globally
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates
  • Conduct interviews with potential international candidates in English
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of employee special events
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Support in the administrative aspect of day-to-day HR activities for employees, supervisors, and managers
  • Prepare human resources reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports
  • Collaborate with team members to drive projects and programs that align with company goals
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings
  • Perform various other clerical tasks with other departments as needed
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR
