Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, social/community management, or similar roles, preferably in the gaming or tech industries
  • Strong leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage and mentor teams across different functions
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable marketing initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • A deep understanding of social media trends, especially in relation to Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences
  • A passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming communities, platforms, and industry trends
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team consisting of Product Marketing Managers, Senior Social/Community Managers, Go-to-Market Coordinators, Customer Support, and Moderation staff
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Product Strategy to shape and execute the marketing strategy for PTW’s proprietary social media platform targeting Gen Z and Gen Alpha gamers
  • Develop and implement product marketing plans in partnership with key internal teams (development, creative, and business development)
  • Drive community engagement and social media strategies, ensuring consistent, impactful communication with gaming audiences
  • Oversee go-to-market strategies, ensuring timely and successful product launches
  • Ensure exceptional customer support and community moderation to maintain positive user experiences and brand integrity
  • Analyze market data, customer feedback, and community insights to inform strategy adjustments and growth plans

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with customer support and moderation teams is a plus
