Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, social/community management, or similar roles, preferably in the gaming or tech industries
- Strong leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage and mentor teams across different functions
- Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable marketing initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- A deep understanding of social media trends, especially in relation to Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences
- A passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming communities, platforms, and industry trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team consisting of Product Marketing Managers, Senior Social/Community Managers, Go-to-Market Coordinators, Customer Support, and Moderation staff
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Product Strategy to shape and execute the marketing strategy for PTWβs proprietary social media platform targeting Gen Z and Gen Alpha gamers
- Develop and implement product marketing plans in partnership with key internal teams (development, creative, and business development)
- Drive community engagement and social media strategies, ensuring consistent, impactful communication with gaming audiences
- Oversee go-to-market strategies, ensuring timely and successful product launches
- Ensure exceptional customer support and community moderation to maintain positive user experiences and brand integrity
- Analyze market data, customer feedback, and community insights to inform strategy adjustments and growth plans

Experience working with customer support and moderation teams is a plus
