Product Team Lead for Mobile Market in Spain

Summary

The job is for a Product Team Lead in the Apps vertical at Leadtech. Requirements

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of product management best practices and industry trends
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in agile methodologies and ceremonies
• Act as a liaison between the Product Owner team and higher-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals

Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, ensuring cross-team communication and alignment
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings (121s) with each Product Owner to discuss progress, challenges, and career development
• Facilitate career planning and growth opportunities for individual team members
• Manage administrative tasks related to the Product Owner team, including resource allocation, budgeting, and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management with a specialization in mobile apps
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, showcasing the capacity to inspire and motivate teams toward shared goals
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Conduct regular assessments of the Product Owner team's performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement
