Requirements

• Previous experience in a marketing assistant or similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools
• Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, and Squarespace
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using chatbots like ChatGPT for enhancing customer interactions
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with various digital marketing tools and platforms
• HTML/CSS - proficient level to edit websites from given design
• Graphic design - able to create graphics for emails and events with Canva
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Social media marketing - any experience in Pinterest marketing & Facebook groups are a bonus

Responsibilities

• Email Management: Build and manage email campaigns using provided content. Ensure emails are correctly formatted and scheduled in the email builder. Monitor email performance and provide regular reports
• Website Updates: Update website content using WordPress, HubSpot, and Squarespace. Ensure all website content is current, accurate, and aligned with marketing plans. Collaborate with the team to implement new website features and improvements
• Marketing Support: Assist in implementing marketing plans and strategies. Collaborate with the team to ensure all marketing initiatives are executed on time. Provide support in various marketing tasks as needed
