Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Marketo Administrator or similar role
• Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices and a track record of success in a similar role
• Marketo Certification
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Marketo instance, including building and maintaining email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing automation efforts are aligned with business goals and objectives
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, including email and web analytics
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, campaigns, and integrations
