Requirements

• Ability to make discretionary decisions based on research
• Ability to handle multiple queues covering a variety of tasks with a sense of urgency and follow-through
• Strong working knowledge of Crypto markets, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives is an advantage
• Readiness to work in shifts
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with composure
• Understanding the numbers in-depth, validating the data to ensure accuracy

Responsibilities

• Own or have oversight of all inputs into the process of generating accurate reporting
• Participate in various middle office projects related to optimization
• Coordinate the various stakeholders
• Own & Support Derivatives products & processes (monitoring of risk, exposure, escalation area, manual selling of collateral)
• Monitoring of derivatives platform & risks associated with derivatives trading
• Own & Support OTC product & processes (RFQ approving and adding assets, OTC RFQ second level of unsettled trades with dealers’ decision-making area)
• Own & Support PTS product & processes (approval of assets, credit lines, accounts and setup of account, manual selling of collateral)
• PTS second level of unsettled PTS accounts decision making area
• Own & Support Earn products & processes (asset recalls, liquidity nudging, feedback, escalations, reconciliation)
• Own & Support SimpleBuy product & processes (enabling of assets, monitoring spread results by asset, changing spread, minimum spread, etc.)
• Off-exchange settlement monitoring & execution
• Build and maintain relationships with clients trading on derivatives platform
• Partnership risk reviews, PTS client risk reviews, OEL client risk reviews
• Support reporting and monitoring of metrics and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) related to derivatives, OTC and PTS
• Regulatory numeric reporting
