This program offers hands-on experience and learning opportunities through real business challenges. As an MBA hire, you will gain company onboarding, connect with other hires, lead a six-month strategic project, and be placed into an area of the business after completion.

Requirements

• A full-time student completing an MBA program with an expected graduation date of Spring 2025
• 4+ years of professional work experience which occurred between graduation from your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA program, or 4+ years of military work experience prior to starting your MBA program
• Roles for this position can be located in any of our major location hubs which may include New York, NY, Atlanta, GA, Broomfield, CO and Cerritos/Irvine, CA
• Have the ambition and readiness to work hard to become a leader in our global company

Responsibilities

• Company onboarding to gain an overview of our company, culture, and values
• Opportunities to connect with other MBA hires throughout the program
• Lead a six month strategic project that is aligned to our big goals for the year

Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $118,000 - $170,000
• Bonus target range: 35-40%
