Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Media Buyer Assistant for our remote team. This part-time position is ideal for someone starting their career in digital marketing. The role involves assisting the media buying team in managing ads across various ad accounts and preparing performance reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising concepts
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, launching, and monitoring online Meta Ads advertising campaigns
• Maintain and update ad accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
• Collaborate with the media buying team to implement ad strategies and optimize campaigns for performance
• Prepare and compile performance reports to track the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
• Handle administrative tasks and provide general support to the media buying team

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
• Some experience with Meta Ads
