You will work with the sales/marketing team to provide brand communication and identify effective paid ad strategies. Your expertise in cross-channel funnel strategies will play a crucial role in optimizing customer experiences and driving conversions.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of experience in paid advertising - we look both for mid and senior specialists
• Proven analytical and quantitative research skills - you have to love working with numbers
• Very good English communication - our team is international, so this is a must
• Advanced interpersonal skills - you will be often asked to share your knowledge and discuss challenges with your team
• Proactiveness and problem-solving skills - we love people jumping straight into action
• Staying updated with industry trends and willingness to grow in the media buying area - we want to feel that running paid ads is your chosen career path
• Ability to stick to deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment - we have ambitious goals and are not afraid to work on them

Responsibilities

• Create, implement & optimize Ads campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Create weekly and monthly performance reports
• Analyze campaign data to continuously scale spending, and improve CPAs and conversion rates
• Collaborate with the creative team to craft new content to reach buyer personas
• Collaborate with other media buyers to share and leverage best practices
