Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Native Ads campaigns on platforms
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and social media best practices to optimize conversions
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing campaign performance
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with different teams
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for social media, particularly in working with sports-related campaigns, with a commitment to staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations
  • Demonstrate fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Native Advertising platforms
  • Develop and utilize Custom Audiences to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments, including the creative team, to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals
  • Research and test new audience segments and creative strategies to improve campaign results
  • Continuously optimize and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns to meet KPIs
  • Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of social media strategies from concept to launch
  • Perform other media buying tasks as required to support the overall advertising objectives

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with other advertising platforms (e.g., YouTube ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)
