Requirements

• Proven Ad Buying Expertise: Extensive experience with Meta and Google advertising platforms, with a track record of managing successful B2B campaigns
• Analytical Proficiency: Strong skills in campaign analytics and reporting, with the ability to glean insights and adjust strategies accordingly
• B2B/B2B2C Experience: Background in B2B and, ideally, B2B2C marketing, with an understanding of how to navigate and leverage these markets for advertising
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, crucial for negotiating and strategizing with clients and team members
• Graphic Design Collaboration: Experience working alongside graphic designers or direct experience in graphic design is highly advantageous
• Strategic Planning: Ability to develop comprehensive ad strategies that effectively target key demographics and meet client objectives

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve strategies and achieve desired outcomes
• Strategize ad placements, budgeting, and audience segmentation to maximize reach and impact
• Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad creatives and strategies, making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance
• Work closely with graphic designers to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals and brand aesthetics
