Join Walz Tetrick's growing digital media team as a Media Buyer! You will contribute to client meetings, offering insights and innovative ideas for campaigns. Responsibilities include developing strategic media plans, aligning client objectives with KPIs, providing client reporting, collaborating with the team, overseeing billing, and maintaining strong relationships. You'll work directly in social platforms, manage pixel placement, and report on conversion campaigns. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in paid social advertising and strong communication and organizational skills. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in paid social advertising
  • Experience in planning and buying directly in social platforms with a variety of objectives and budgets
  • Self-motivation and proven time management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Established organizational expertise and keen attention to detail
  • Involvement with client and vendor billing and reconciliation
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Strategic thinking and interest in what’s on the horizon and how it may impact digital/social advertising to come
  • Work well in a cross-functional, collaborative, team environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic integrated media plans
  • Align client objectives with KPIs that achieve optimal campaign performance
  • Provide client reporting monthly and, in some cases, weekly or as requested
  • Collaborate with the agency team in brainstorming, identifying, evaluating, and recommending new opportunities
  • Oversee client and vendor billing and reconcile with accounting
  • Maintain strong relationships with other agency departments and agency partners
  • Prioritize client requests with team collaboration, including account service
  • Identify department training needs and provide input for educational initiatives
  • Work directly in social platforms to build recommendations, activate campaigns, and pull reporting and insights
  • Manage and track pixel placement
  • Manage and report on higher-budget conversion campaigns
  • Lead by example, support Walz Tetrick’s values, and positively contribute to the culture
