Summary
Join Toast as a Senior Associate and own the strategy, optimization, and implementation of Retail paid media campaigns across various channels. Collaborate with media buyers, build strategic roadmaps for new growth tactics, and own reporting and analytics to identify opportunities. You will build roadmaps to optimize campaigns, execute high-profile tests, and partner with Marketing and Sales. Manage budgets and vendor relationships. This role requires experience in fast-paced marketing with a performance marketing focus, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams and time zones. The ideal candidate will possess experience with various media platforms and a proven ability to bring structure and process to initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience working in fast paced marketing or advertising roles with a performance marketing focus
- Ability to tell the business “what good looks like” and collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish aggressive goals focused on growth
- Deep, hands-on experience managing campaigns across a range of media platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, etc
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize day-to-day funnel performance
- Ability to bring structure and process to initiatives and anticipate dependencies
- Experience working collaboratively with teams across different time zones
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, optimization, and implementation of Toast’s Retail paid media campaigns, including SEM, Paid Social, Review Sites, and Affiliates
- Collaborate with a team of media buyers to run efficient acquisition campaigns across various paid media channels and markets
- Show the business “what good looks like”: Build the strategic roadmap for new growth marketing tactics that can diversify and expand Toast’s acquisition channels
- Own Retail paid media reporting and analytics to identify areas of opportunity quickly and secure further investment
- Build the roadmap to optimize and test world-class copy, creative, user journeys and audience segmentation; work cross functionally with creative and web teams to execute campaigns
- Own the execution of high profile, executive-level sponsored, tests to optimize for conversion and drive scale
- Partner across Marketing and Sales to elevate the reach of product and content launches and optimize programs for conversion
- Manage budgets, billing, and vendor relationship across multiple publishers and markets
Preferred Qualifications
- Managing campaigns across different regions / markets is a plus
- Media agency experience a plus
- Experience with Salesforce, Hex, and Marketo
- Experience working in the restaurant or retail industry
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience launching brands into new markets
- Experience with affiliate marketing
