Summary
Join Komodo Health's Sales Development team as the Manager, leading and developing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will build a high-performing SDR team, exceeding KPIs for completed meetings and opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to improve SDR productivity and conversion rates. Establish strong relationships with sales leadership, ensuring seamless collaboration. Optimize sales development processes, tools, and technologies. Coach and mentor SDRs, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth. Contribute to Komodo Health's revenue growth by delivering a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Requirements
- Background in SaaS sales/business development
- Proven track record of leading a team of sales/business development representatives
- Deep understanding of sales development best practices and methodologies
- Passion for sales and developing sales talent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Salesloft
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives
- Set clear performance goals, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed targets
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture
- Monitor and analyze team performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Develop and execute sales development strategies to generate qualified leads and build pipeline for the sales team
- Define and refine sales development processes, workflows, and best practices
- Optimize the use of sales tools and technologies (Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.) to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to align on goals, strategies, and priorities
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to lead generation and prospect engagement
- Monitor and manage the sales development pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities for the sales team
- Track and report on key metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- Analyze pipeline data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads and optimize conversion rates
- Partner closely with stakeholders in sales to identify key targets, refine lead qualification criteria and receive feedback on completed meetings
- Work with marketing to align on campaigns, lead flow, and messaging to optimize lead generation and conversion
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer success, to ensure a cohesive customer experience
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development to SDRs
- Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings to provide feedback, address challenges, and support individual growth
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance SDR skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in sales development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building and scaling sales development teams
- Experience with advanced sales tools and technologies
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare industry
