Requirements
- Deep understanding of the mid-market hotel landscape, including proven success selling technology solutions (preferably PMS) to independent hotels and groups
- Experience in leading sales teams with a focus on coaching, development, and driving performance within the mid-market hotel segment
- Proven track record of leading remote teams
- Exceptional communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Prior success optimising sales strategies and tactics to accelerate growth
- Track record of overachievement in new logo acquisition, high customer renewal rates, and driving high levels of outbound prospecting activity
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Groove, Zendesk, and other relevant productivity tools
- English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Drive performance and exceed team quota for a sales team targeting mid-sized independent hotels and groups
- Cultivate a high-performance, engaging sales culture, fueling our growth in the mid-market hotel space
- Provide tailored leadership, mentorship, and development for ambitious sales professionals
- Leverage your deep understanding of the mid-market hotel sector and PMS sales experience
- Support the team with training and identify sales process improvements to maximize ARR
- Manage all aspects of the teamβs sales cycle
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrable success in selling hospitality management software
- Hospitality lodging experience
