Requirements

• Higher education
• 1+ years of experience in creating campaigns and ads for Meta/Facebook Ads
• A strong understanding of the various audience types and social media best practices to optimize conversions
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & creative skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and develop daily
• Be passionate about social media and stay up to date with the new trends
• Demonstrate fluency in both English and Lithuanian, aligning with team expectations

Responsibilities

• Create and run ads and campaigns on Meta/Facebook Ads
• Create Custom Audiences
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to craft visually engaging content
• Explore and experiment with new audiences and creatives to maximize the impact
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising performance
• Support the development, execution, and optimization of social media strategies from idea to implementation
• Engage in various media buying tasks to drive campaign success
