Summary

Join The Green Technology Group, LLC (TGTG) as a Microsoft 365 Administrator! This remote, full-time position requires 5-8 years of system administration experience and involves providing Tier III/IV support for a national-level email and collaboration service used by approximately 300,000 Veterans Administration customers. You will troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and maintain network performance. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but extensive experience can substitute. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, a proactive approach, and excellent customer service abilities. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline is preferred; 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
• 5-8 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier III/IV support of the VA EMCS environment
• Answer incoming Incident Priority calls from the VA Enterprise Service Desk (VA-ESD), triage and resolve issues. Examples include but are not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Account AD Domain Moves, Password Resets, Shared Mailbox, using PowerShell for administration, and more)
• Resolve National EMCS Tier III/IV tickets
• Apply Exchange administrator skills to resolve enterprise-wide problems
• Monitor and Maintain network performance and report on complete EMCS infrastructure
• Responsible for all assigned trouble tickets from creation to resolution
• Troubleshoot issues ranging from basic issues to email related issues for Executive level users
• Great customer service skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
