Requirements

  • Communicate directly with customers; positively represent the company and provide excellent customer service and ability to listen to and interpret customer requirements and present technical solutions
  • Effective in managing time and activities, including administrative responsibilities
  • Exhibition of excellent interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of specific Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), and a CRM (Salesforce.com, Salesloft, Zoom Info, preferred)
  • Meet and exceed the monthly quota that is assigned
  • Demonstrate an understanding of training products and how they benefit
  • Build and maintain a healthy prospecting pipeline

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads for corporate sales opportunities through prospecting (cold calling, research, etc.)
  • Effectively meet assigned sales performance metrics of per-day quotas including but not limited to outbound phone calls (dials), email correspondences, and new lead goals to meet the established sales plan
  • Demonstrate an understanding of company products and how they benefit customers as well as participate in sales and technology training to support growth of product knowledge
  • Update client notes and call progression in CRM applications to support sales goals
  • Work as a team player providing sales support and product expertise as needed to other team members
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of specific Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), and a CRM (Salesforce.com, Salesloft, Zoom Info, preferred)

Benefits

This position will have a base pay between $42,000 - $45,000 per year and monthly commissions that should be around $1,000 per month
