Microsoft Office 365 System Administrator Intern in United States

Summary

TestPros is hiring a System Administrator Intern to work remotely on a part-time basis. The intern will be responsible for managing and administering Office365 tenant, providing on-call technical support, and setting up and locking down company laptops. A college student or someone with a B.A./B.S. in computer science or related field and at least 3 years of experience with Office365 and Microsoft Exchange is preferred.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in computer science, information technology, human computer interaction, or related field preferred (or college student)
• 3+ years Office 365 experience
• 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Exchange

Responsibilities

• Manage, administer, and govern the Office365 tenant, including Exchange Online, Teams Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Security and Compliance Center, BOX, and more
• Provide on-call technical support (reset passwords, help with email issues, network support, etc.)
• Set-up and lock-down company laptops

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Proven experience driving business impact based on understanding of customer needs
• Familiarity with Azure, AD, and Office365 authentications
• Familiarity with DNS/DHCP and Domain Management
