The anticipated base salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000, and the role is eligible for benefits and generous paid time off.

Requirements

  • 4+ years Systems Administration experience in a venture backed, start-up (preferred)
  • 3+ years administering Azure, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is required
  • 3+ years of experience working with Windows 11 is required
  • 3+ years of experience of working with MAC OS client
  • 2+ years  of experience with  centralized Endpoint Protection Systems, Secure Web and  Email Gateways
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace applications is required
  • 3+ years of experience working with Patching Systems and  Endpoint Management Systems (both MAC and PC)

Responsibilities

  • Managing XPRIZE IT Systems and Cloud SaaS applications
  • Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems
  • Introducing and integrating new technologies
  • Performing routine audits of systems and software
  • Performing backups and restoring of data
  • Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
  • Installing and configuring new hardware and software
  • Creating training materials and conducting security awareness trainings for end users
  • Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc
  • Responsibility for security
  • Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the systems
  • Tuning Systems performance
  • Answering technical queries and troubleshooting any reported problems
