Summary

Join Encora as a Mid Conversation AI Specialist and design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable applications. Lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and continuously improve software development practices. This remote position is available in Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, and Bolivia. You will focus on developing and maintaining conversational flows for voice/chat bots, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring robust software systems. The role requires extensive software development experience and proficiency in Google DialogFlow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications
• Professional/ Advanced English skills
• 3+ hands-on experience with Google DialogFlow ES
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to understand customer requirements/problem statements and apply the solutions
• Experience in Agile delivery environment, life-cycle product support, and troubleshooting in Google DialogFlow
• Passion to solve business problems with natural language processing (NLP)
• Passion for cloud-based technologies and Artificial Intelligence
• Passion about great customer/conversational experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement conversational flows of new voice/chat bots for our business units with high level of complexity
• Extend, adjust and maintain existing solutions by continuously improving conversational flows and intents
• Analyzing and understanding business requirements and objectives

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in IT or relevant field; M.Sc/BE/MCA is a plus
