Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting for technology roles
  • Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment to serve medium/high complexity tech departments, and for supporting the team with specific tasks with minimal supervision
  • Handles medium to high complexity positions with extensive experience and the ability to attract, evaluate, and select qualified talent, as well as act as a strategic partner to managers in defining profiles and making decisions, ensuring compliance with policies, processes, and deadlines
  • Identifies opportunities and implements process improvements
  • Shares knowledge about the selection process at QuintoAndar with peers and stakeholders
  • Acts as a reference point and focal point in the absence of leadership
  • Influences decisions about organizational structure and personnel movements
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from resume screening to final offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business partners to understand hiring needs, align expectations, and streamline recruitment strategies
  • Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and enhancement of recruitment processes, introducing innovative ideas and effective solutions
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, derive actionable insights, and make data-informed decisions to improve recruitment efficiency and outcomes
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively
  • Handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with a high level of organization and initiative
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve hiring goals
