Requirements
- Has completed 2 years minimum in a MidMarket or Enterprise selling AE role
- Ability to absorb the complexity of the product and become a product expert
- Ability to learn about the ecosystem, competition, and macro trends
- ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝBusiness acumenโ and executive presence โ the ability to sell to strategic-level individuals by having confidence, focused questions, and a balanced view of a prospect's situation
- Storytelling โ the ability to map a prospect's pain/problem to our product, and create a solution
- Ability to close $30k-$100k deals remotely (proven experience)
- Ability to build new content (eg. high-quality decks & emails)
Responsibilities
- Own customer engagements end-to-end, from discovery and demo, to pilot and close
- Convert inbound and outbound generated pipeline through strategic account nurturing and managing a partnership with a dedicated group of BDRs
- Target accounts greater than $30k ARR
- Drive strategic deals in net new customers and large multi-site expansion opportunities
- Travel to visit customers at least once or twice per quarter
- Travel up to twice per month for on-site prospect visits, potentially more
- Champion, role model, and embed Amperโs cultural principles (Obsess Over Our Customersโ Success, Embrace Reality, Build for the Long Term, Insist on the Highest Standards, Extreme Ownership, and Being Lean) as we scale globally and across new offices
