Summary

Join HubSpot as a Mid-Market Central & East Europe Account Executive and leverage inbound selling strategies to acquire new business and drive growth using HubSpot software. You will collaborate with Business Development Reps, conduct online demos, and close deals with mid-sized businesses. This is a full closing role based out of your home office, offering flexibility with locations in Ireland, Germany, or the U.K. You will be responsible for identifying customer challenges, closing deals above quota, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with internal teams. The role requires 3+ years of closing sales experience, fluency in English and another specified language, strong prospecting and consultative selling skills, and a proven track record of high performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Closing Sales experience
  • Fluency in English and (Turkish, Hungarian, Polish or Czech speaker)
  • Strong prospecting skills
  • Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Track record of being a high performer (e.g. over quota, President's Club)
  • A sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach for achieving them

Responsibilities

  • Quickly identify challenges that our prospective customers face and discover the best solutions for their business
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota level
  • Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small and mid-sized companies
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
  • Work collaboratively with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced
  • Help shape the future of HubSpot's mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills
