Mid-Market Account Manager

Summary

Join Minitab as a Mid-Market Manager (MMM) to drive solution offerings and help customers accelerate digital transformation. The MMM will participate in a virtual account team-selling environment, providing primary contact for prospects/customers, assuming ownership role for assigned accounts, and driving the identification, qualification, and closing of opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful inside sales experience in information technology/application software market required
• Average deal size greater than 10K
• Consistent achievement of 100%+ on assigned quotas
• Previous success in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market strongly advised
• Business Intelligence and or Statistical Analytics experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Participate in a virtual account team-selling environment
• Provide primary point of contact for prospects/customers
• Assume ownership role for assigned accounts and territory within the mid-market segment (100M – 1B USD)
• Drive the identification, qualification, and closing of opportunities leading to the generation of both new business (new logos, upsell, cross-sell, services) and renewal revenue
• Facilitate and maintain successful relationships with customers
