Territory identification and go-to-market strategy development are key responsibilities, along with forecasting sales activity and revenue. Requirements
- 5-10 years of digital experience or technology sales experience
- Experience selling directly to multi-location and franchise brands
- At minimum 6 years of selling in the ad tech/mar tech space
- Understanding of the digital ecosystem landscape and relationships
- Track record of success in carrying a quota
- Must work well in a team-selling environment
- Ability to travel
- Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
- Experience in bringing innovative/market-defining products to market
Responsibilities
- Educate prospects on digital marketing, specifically in the multi-location/franchise best practices, and how our platform can help them achieve business goals
- Strong executive presence, team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills to influence teams across a highly-matrixed organization are a must
- Successful track record of meeting or exceeding revenue-based sales goals
- Focus on prospecting and developing a pipeline in an assigned territory for new business opportunities
- Manage complete and sophisticated sales cycles, presenting to C-level executives the value of our product
- Define, implement, and own an engagement plan for key prospects
- Develop and manage positive relationships within our market segment, looking for opportunities to add new value for the customer and develop additional revenue opportunities
- Territory/Vertical identification and research, to formalize a go-to-market strategy and build qualified target accounts
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while crafting satisfied and referenceable customers
