• Product management and customer journey experience
• Solid understanding of technology and associated trends
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking
• Experience with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients
• Patience and initiative, as our clients are undergoing huge transformations that take time and require understanding
• Time management skills and a get-stuff-done attitude
• Consulting experience is a plus
• Fluent English + German is required

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key client groups in the technology sector
• Understand and document customer requests, prioritize them appropriately, and forward them to the right development team members
• Challenge client requirements and development methodology
• Explain the concept of technical development and information security to clients
• Initiate new projects and establish new project routines
• Manage requirements, formulate customer needs, plan, and communicate to achieve desired functionalities on the client platform
• Lead development teams in providing product features that meet client needs and project deadlines
• Develop and support Client Delivery Leads within the organization
