Summary
Join Pax8 as a Migration Project Specialist and coordinate and complete projects related to partner and customer migrations. You will focus on process and procedure completion, collaboration, and improvement, communicating across the organization to support project delivery and ensure optimal partner experience. Continuously develop process improvements and provide feedback to assist with automation. Manage migrations and acquisitions, engaging with stakeholders and driving continuous process improvement. Devise and implement workarounds for platform and process obstacles. This role requires at least two years of experience in complex back-office processes and experience with Lean/Agile environments. Requirements
- At least two (2) years of experience performing complex back-office processes
- Experience working in a Lean/Agile environment using tools such as Wrike, Jira, or Trello
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem solving skills
- Ability to be a quick learner, able to adopt new tools and data models
- Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
- Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
- B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Manage migration and full partner acquisitions including project planning, requirement gathering, platform updates, ticket tracking, reporting, and communications
- Actively engage and work together with Pax8 stakeholders and process owners to provide critical support on all aspects of migrations and full partner acquisitions
- Drive continuous improvement of current process workflow through documentation, identifying areas of opportunity that create efficiency and remove obstacles and communicating recommended improvements to streamline and automate
- Devise and perform ad-hoc workarounds for potential platform and process obstacles
