Requirements

• Extensive military or DoD intelligence background with a strong understanding of intelligence operations and methodologies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess potential threats and risks based on open-source information
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with the ability to convey complex ideas and information clearly and concisely
• Top Secret Clearance Required

Responsibilities

• Leverage extensive background in military operations and intelligence to enhance user experience and derive maximum value for our customers across Zignal’s real time Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) platforms
• Support customer adoption and growth of Zignal’s platform through proactive support and personalized engagements to understand their strategic objectives and requirements for mission success
• Demonstrate in-depth analysis of publicly available information and automate the detection of real-time threats, trends, and emerging narratives in support of national security and time sensitive mission requirements
• Work closely with project managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to document standardized procedures and best practices across the organization
• Translate mission requirements and feedback to drive development of product enhancements and cutting-edge development of emerging technologies and AI/ML solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Certifications related to OSINT analysis or intelligence operations
• Experience working in a joint or inter-agency environment
