Summary

Join Thunderbird Wholesale, a revolutionary force in the mortgage industry, as an Account Executive. In this contract/consultant role, you will spearhead the introduction and sales of our innovative no-documentation loan program to residential mortgage brokers across LATAM. Working remotely, you will develop and manage broker relationships, proactively reach out to generate leads, and exceed sales targets. Your responsibilities include educating brokers on our self-service platform, staying updated on industry trends, and collaborating with internal teams. This position requires 5+ years of sales experience in the residential mortgage industry, expertise in fix-and-flip lending and wholesale mortgages, and strong existing broker relationships. Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE 5 years of experience in sales within the residential mortgage industry , working for mortgage brokers or lenders
  • Hands-on experience in fix-and-flip lending, mobile home financing, and wholesale mortgage sales
  • Strong existing relationships with mortgage brokers and the ability to build new connections quickly
  • Excellent English fluency, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational, communication (both written and verbal)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, word, powerpoint, teams)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with residential mortgage brokers, driving engagement with our no-documentation loan program
  • Proactively reach out to brokers, introduce our product, and demonstrate how to navigate our self-service website
  • Generate and convert leads, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to position Thunderbird as a leader in the market
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and improve customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools
