Summary

The job is for a long-term contract MS Dynamics CRM Developer working remotely. The role involves developing, supporting, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM, designing solutions, managing projects, participating in product development activities, maintaining a platform roadmap, providing training, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other Engineering Disciplines is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience working in Dynamics CRM, including but not limited to Unified Interface, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Experience with Scrum team or other Agile practices preferred
  • 2+ years of SQL development
  • Knowledge using the Service, Marketing, and Forms Pro modules
  • Technical skill set in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, JSON, CRM SDK, T-SQL, and C#
  • Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise code as needed
  • Experience developing custom C# plugins
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics Security
  • Expert documentation skills
  • Strong ability to self-manage and motivate

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development, and on-going support of custom applications and objects within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Design and implement MS Dynamics CRM solutions to be fully compliant with customer business processes
  • Responsible for managing project plans and initiatives for Power tools from the conceptual stages through implementation including communication and coordination with stakeholders within the organization
  • Participate in product development activities such as assisting in evaluation of architecture, design and reviewing QA and leading UAT/deployment efforts
  • Keep a documented knowledge base that is both technical and functional
  • Technical Liaison for Power Tools working collaboratively with IT and Microsoft /AWS
  • Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
  • Collaborate with department leads to write requirements and identify CRM-based solutions for improving data access and integrity throughout the company
  • Develop and maintain a platform roadmap
  • Prioritize, execute, and deliver on CRM enhancements and projects while maintaining agreed-upon timelines for delivery
  • Customize the system to meet the business needs of the company
  • Responsible for maintaining and supporting Power tools to ensure end users support and ticket resolution for user issues/concerns
  • Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture
  • Assist with training and education in the use of the CRM platform with team members across the company
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
