Join Centric Software as a National Account Manager | PMO Director and play a key role in executing and overseeing PMO Transformation initiatives for North America. This remote position offers flexibility with some travel. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Director and/or PMO Director in the software industry
  • Track record of multiple successful large Software implementations (>$1M services budget)
  • Track record of successful PMO transformation Initiatives
  • Familiarization with agile project methodologies and practices
  • Ability to learn new industries, practices and methodologies quickly
  • Organized, self-motivated, proactive and structured personality. High level of detail and accuracy
  • Commercial mindset, appreciating the motivation and priorities of both Centric Software and our customers
  • High level of ability to work with team colleagues in a collaborative, respectful, professional environment - remotely with the use of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams

Responsibilities

  • Oversee governance of Centric Software's key customer accounts in North America, ensuring successful C8 PLM implementation projects
  • Work closely with the Centric Project Manager to ensure timely and effective project delivery
  • Manage project escalations within Centric and with the customer, resolving issues proactively
  • Attend Project Steering Committee meetings to provide strategic oversight and guidance
  • Collaborate with Centric Presales and Sales teams to draft and maintain service offers (SOW) and ensure compliance with contractual commitments
  • Manage client expectations, ensuring alignment with Centric's obligations and deliverables
  • Participate in Business Requirements Gathering workshops and support project team coaching as needed
  • Contribute to application design and ensure adherence to best practices in C8 PLM configuration
  • Consolidate new product requirements and work with Centric R&D to define delivery targets
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget (both client budget and Centric margin), and meet high customer satisfaction standards to ensure "customer reference ability."
  • Manage projects with a focus on achieving the following key metrics: On-time delivery, On-budget delivery, High customer satisfaction
  • Meet personal billable utilization target of 50% after the initial 3-month onboarding period
  • Lead Centric NAM PMO Transformation initiatives, including strategy alignment, roadmap development, and weekly coordination with regional PMO Managers
  • Contribute to NAM PMO by developing and rolling out new tools, templates, and processes; training PMs; and participating in the PMs hiring process
  • Monitor and enforce PMO best practices across the team
  • Prepare regular management reports, including contract performance, billing, revenue, and PSA data, and collaborate with Finance to resolve issues
  • Support NAM Management and Operations by tracking revenue, billing, billability, utilization, resource allocation, and FOC work
  • Provide regular financial and staffing updates and assist in ad-hoc operational issue resolution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT within retail, fashion, luxury, outdoor, FMCG or other industries targeted by Centric Software a plus
  • PMP Certification is preferred
  • Knowledge of Jira/Confluence is preferred
