Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple NetSuite support and software engagements across a wide variety of verticals
  • Prepare for and run recurring and ad-hoc client meetings and maintain ongoing relationship building activities to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and resolve NetSuite support requests, including troubleshooting of core transactions/transactional flows, workflows, implementing simple new functionality, compliance and audit questions, creating reports, modifying roles, executing basic system administration tasks, documenting support tickets, assisting clients with upgrades, providing basic training, and compiling associated materials
