Summary

Join Spring Health, a leading mental healthcare provider, as an Analyst, Network Growth Strategy! Reporting to the Associate Director, Network Strategy & Analytics, you will be responsible for developing strategic initiatives to enhance our provider network. This fully remote, full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 2-5 years of analytical experience in healthcare or a related field. You will design network growth plans, perform analyses, monitor key metrics, and lead process improvement initiatives. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are essential. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an analytical role within the healthcare industry, management consulting, technology, or a similar field
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Design granular and specific network growth plans aligned to the needs of existing and prospective customers
  • Develop and perform analyses to understand our existing network composition as well as anticipated demand, down to the most granular of levels
  • Monitor and report on key metrics related to provider utilization, patient access, and satisfaction
  • Identify, evaluate, and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery across Provider Operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies in patient scheduling and provider utilization
  • Continuously assess and refine optimization strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback
  • Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Looker) to generate actionable insights from large datasets
  • Partner with cross-functional data and reporting teams to develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies
  • Provide training and support to team members on optimization tools, analytics methodologies, and best practices
  • Support precision provider hiring
  • Drive operational cost containment efforts
  • Improve provider availability
  • Boost appropriate provider availability
  • Decrease time to first appointment, both for providers and members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Knowledge of mental healthcare systems and provider operations
