Reporting to the Associate Director, Network Strategy & Analytics, you will be responsible for developing strategic initiatives to enhance our provider network. This fully remote, full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 2-5 years of analytical experience in healthcare or a related field. You will design network growth plans, perform analyses, monitor key metrics, and lead process improvement initiatives. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are essential. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an analytical role within the healthcare industry, management consulting, technology, or a similar field
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Design granular and specific network growth plans aligned to the needs of existing and prospective customers
- Develop and perform analyses to understand our existing network composition as well as anticipated demand, down to the most granular of levels
- Monitor and report on key metrics related to provider utilization, patient access, and satisfaction
- Identify, evaluate, and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery across Provider Operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies in patient scheduling and provider utilization
- Continuously assess and refine optimization strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback
- Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Looker) to generate actionable insights from large datasets
- Partner with cross-functional data and reporting teams to develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies
- Provide training and support to team members on optimization tools, analytics methodologies, and best practices
- Support precision provider hiring
- Drive operational cost containment efforts
- Improve provider availability
- Boost appropriate provider availability
- Decrease time to first appointment, both for providers and members
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Knowledge of mental healthcare systems and provider operations
