Join GOAT Group as a Senior Growth Marketing Analyst and contribute to the full implementation of our growth marketing strategy. You will be responsible for planning, launching, assessing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels. Maintain and improve data models, create insightful dashboards, and streamline reporting standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new user growth and revenue. Leverage data to uncover insights and implement A/B testing. This role requires strong analytical, marketing, and business acumen, along with proficiency in SQL and Python. Requirements
- BS/MS or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years experience with SQL
- 2+ years experience with Python
- 3+ years of quantitative or statistical analysis experience
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising or growth
- Expertise in proactive problem-solving and simplifying complex marketing challenges
- Proficiency in effectively communicating data into insights, driving business results through influence and empathy
- Familiarity with marketing funnels and the economics of user acquisition and retention, including attribution theory, segmentation, LTV prediction, and media mix modeling
Responsibilities
- Strategically drive and efficiently scale paid customer acquisition strategy (online and offline) across channels including but not limited to: paid social, paid search, app installs, content marketing, organic referral, email, influencer marketing, podcast ads, and video advertising
- Maintain and improve our current data models spanning across LTV, forecasting, CRM, attribution, and more
- Develop new frameworks, data science techniques, and predictive analytics to better understand our users and the impact of our marketing investments
- Transform datasets using SQL and Python allowing stakeholders to easily slice and dice pivot tables, charts and dashboards
- Build beautiful and insightful dashboards in our BI software, Mode
- Operate and streamline our reporting standards, providing access to metrics, data, and tools needed for decision-making and optimization by the Growth team and executive team
- Leverage data to drive projects focusing on new user growth, mobile usage, and revenue - collaborating closely with product, marketing, and engineering
- Enthusiastically mine data and analytics to unearth new insights into user funnel and engagement behaviors, including impacts of current marketing strategies
- Implement and assess A/B or Multivariate Tests to share in-depth insights of marketing driversβ effects with the marketing team
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of budget planning, third party analytics, and attribution platforms
- Strong data visualization know-how - bonus points for experience with Mode
- E-commerce background is a huge plus (either in web or mobile app)
